The procedures summarized below, and further described in Chapter 7 of the Method of Distribution, apply to applications submitted to the Oregon Economic and Community Development Department except for Community Capacity/Technical Assistance Projects and Emergency Grant projects.
Applications are accepted by thedepartment until all funds available for the year have been awarded.
For example, if all funds were awarded in the first and second quarters, then the department would not hold third and fourth quarter rounds. Note that these procedures do not apply to Regional Housing Rehabilitation or Housing Resource Center Grant applications submitted to Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS). See Chapter 8 of the Method of Distribution for OHCS application procedures.
