July 27 Commission allocates funds to boards; approves infrastructure inventory criteria; establishes information needed to determine capability of boards to manage existing portfolio and develop issues and inventory
August 7 Questionnaire due from board chairs
Cost estimate proposal for Inventory & Strategic Planning due from boards
August 15 Commission determines boards' capbility for three tasks (via phone)
September 7 "Kick-off" meeting with board chairs and staff
September 10 Boards begin developing six–year strategies

Boards conduct outreach to organizations for infrastructure inventory; assist organizations with entering information; run reports to verify participation and accuracy of data
September 14 Commission establishes minimum administrative standards for boards
October 10 Boards submit list of organizations contacted for infrastructure inventory information to regional coordinators
October 19 Boards (Group 1) submit draft six–year strategies to regional coordinators (Baker-Morrow, Lower John Day, Mid-Valley, Mt. Hood Economic Alliance, Multnomah-Washington, NW Oregon, NE Oregon)
October 26 Boards (Group 1) meet with commission in Portland to discuss draft strategies in order to determine the role of the boards in furthering the statewide economic development goals in SB350

Boards (Group 2) submit draft six–year strategies to regional coordinators (BL3, Central Oregon, CCD, Jackson-Josephine, South Central, Southeast Oregon)
November 1 Boards (Group 2) meet with commission in Klamath Falls to discuss draft straetgies in order to determine the role of boards in furthering the statewide economic development goals in SB350
November 1–29 Boards revise strategie based on input from commission
Counties hold public hearings and adopt strategies
November 15 Deadline for entering projects into Infrastructure Inventory System
November 15–29 Boards hold public meetigns to review and adopt Infrastructure Inventory Report (this adoption may include recommendations for changes)
November 30 Boards submit adopted strategies to regional coordinators
Boards submit adopted Infrastructure Inventory Report (with any recommendations for changes) and Issues Lists
December 1–11 Coordinators review strategies and prepare recommendations to commission
December 15 Boards submit reports for 2005–07 (and 2003–05) funds to regional coordinators
December 18 Commission approves strategies
February 1 Commission submits report to Legislature
